She is a perfectionist and made sure I was 100% happy before applying gel. Even shape over all fingers, not overly thick, and painted neatly. I loved how Karen didn't rush at all, she took her time which made me feel special.
They were all so accommodating, I had brand new puppies who were sleeping in a trolley and they were kind enough to let me sit near them.
When I left I thought for sure they made a mistake with the payment because it was so cheap.
Basically, I'm never going anywhere else again.
Oh and the salon is gorgeous! So pretty!
