My friend & i went in to get our eyebrows waxed & tinted and lashes tinted. The wax was not hot at all and didnt even get all the stray hairs out.

She couldnt even wipe my eyes and the dye went into my eyes.

She even overcharged us!

This is a disgrace!!

NEVER GO HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you want anything done.

Total rip off!!!! I went in yesterday, I clearly asked for a full set of acrylics French manicure with a shellac pedicure.

I also asked for an eyebrow and lip wax.

I was charged $210.00!!!!

I’ve checked their price list and I should have been charged half of what I was!!!!

I get this done every 2 weeks in Sydney and I pay $95.00

Shocking! Overpriced, rude, used her nail to push back my cuticles, didn’t cut nails, filed all uneven. And then charged me for a service I didn’t receive. Absolutely disgusting! So annoyed.

Asked for builder nail manicure and got shellac buff and polish. When asked multiple times about the service not really a response. Then got charged way too much. I look up the price and was not charged correctly or not told properly.

They sat me down with one girl, we decided on the length and style, I agreed to the length then another young agitated girl took over. She was rude & hurt my nail’s multiple times. She filed the nails down to the shortest length I have ever seen. She even had the audacity to judge every person who walked in the door, checking them up and down and rolling her eyes !!

I asked if I could please have my nails longer halfway through, and she said “No you can’t change them.” So I waited for them to get better – but it went down hill from there.

At the end, they charged me $106.73 (including surcharge apparently) – Nails are normally $80 so this shocked me. I even checked their website prices stating their price for nails are $80-$95..!

The girls were rude, arrogant & extremely immature as they began to blame me for their fault with the nails …!!! I confronted the lady at the desk and all she said “Oh they’re still pretty though”…

Would HIGHLY NOT recommend – save your money & nails !!
